The Five Step Process
Obtain a rebate of up to 1% of the purchase price of your house! Just do your initial search for homes on our website and we will do the rest. We make appointments and take you on house tours. We make the offer, acceptance and do the closing just as traditional real estate companies do. You receive up to 15% of our commission.

2. Pre-Qualify for a Loan. The first step we would like you to take is to find out what you can comfortably afford. This will pre-qualify you for the loan you take out to purchase your new home. By pre-qualifying, you are able to move quickly on a home you like by placing an offer. Being pre-qualified tells the seller you are serious about buying because you have taken the necessary steps to show you are capable of financing the house you want.
3. Search for houses it is easy to search for houses using our website. Additionally, we can set up an Email Notification Service of new homes that fit your criteria.
4. House Tour. Contact us to set up an appointment for a tour.
5. Make an offer on a house. We provide you with all of the sale comparables for similar houses in the area. We guide you through the entire buying process, from start to finish including the offer, negotiations, acceptance, escrow, pest control, title, inspection, financing and closing.
